Fragrance N you process orders Monday through Friday within 24 to 48 hours after we verify payment. We ship orders by UPS, USPS or FedEx. A package may arrive in 5-10 business days. We email tracking numbers after your package is shipped.

Standard Shipping by Ground (USA)
Customers will receive free shipping for orders over $55.00. For orders under $55.00 customers can choose the standard or economcal shipping rates. The economical shipping rate is $4.95 for each item shipped. The standard shipping rate is $10.00 for four items or less. Most orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days. Returns
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. You can return orders up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping charges. Before you return your order you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from our sales department. The product should be unopened and in its original sealed packaging; otherwise you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle after we receive your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.
We do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons; therefore, it is crucial that you make your selections carefully. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. Please refer to our CONDITIONS of USE for additional information.
